AEM Home Pompei offers holiday apartments and short-stay accommodation in Pompei, close to the main attractions of the city, including the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary.

4. Reservations
Reservations may be made through the online booking system, by email, by telephone, by direct contact or through authorized external booking channels.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the guest receives a written confirmation from AEM Home Pompei, from the website booking system or from the booking platform used.
The guest is responsible for providing accurate personal details, contact information, arrival details, number of guests and payment information.
AEM Home Pompei is not responsible for failed communications caused by incorrect email addresses, telephone numbers or other incorrect data provided by the guest.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in euros and refer to the selected accommodation, dates, number of guests and any additional services selected during the booking process.
The total price may include the accommodation rate, mandatory fees, optional services, cleaning fees, taxes or other charges clearly shown before confirmation.
Depending on the selected rate or booking method, payment may be required in full, partially as a deposit, by bank transfer, online payment, card, PayPal, cash at check-in or another payment method communicated by the property.
AEM Home Pompei reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required payment or deposit is not received within the specified time.
Any additional costs not included in the accommodation price, such as tourist tax, bed linen and towels, parking or late check-in fees, must be paid according to the conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions or in the booking confirmation.
6. Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is payable at check-in, unless otherwise stated during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.
The amount is €3.00 per person per night.
Children under 14 years old are exempt from the tourist tax.
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price unless expressly stated.
Guests are required to pay any applicable tourist tax and to provide the information necessary for legal and administrative compliance.
7. Check-in and Arrival Time
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Guests are kindly requested to inform AEM Home Pompei of their expected arrival time in advance.
Guests must notify the property when they are approximately 15 minutes away from Pompei, so that check-in can be properly organized.
For arrivals after 6:15 PM, a late check-in fee of €20.00 applies.
Early check-in is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with the property.
If the guest arrives outside the agreed check-in time without prior notice, AEM Home Pompei may not be able to guarantee immediate access to the accommodation.
8. Check-out
Check-out time will be indicated in the booking confirmation, in the accommodation information or in the communication sent before or during the stay.
Guests are required to leave the accommodation by the agreed check-out time.
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with AEM Home Pompei.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional charges.
Before leaving, guests are kindly requested to check that they have collected all personal belongings and that the accommodation is left in reasonable condition.
9. Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided once at check-in.
A fee of €5.00 per person applies for bed linen and towels.
Any additional change of bed linen or towels during the stay may be subject to availability and may involve an extra charge.
Guests are responsible for the proper use of towels and bed linen. Damaged, missing or excessively dirty items may be charged separately.
10. Parking
Parking is available upon request and subject to availability.
Parking has an additional cost of €15.00 per night per car.
Guests are responsible for using the parking area correctly and safely.
AEM Home Pompei is not responsible for theft, damage or loss involving vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles, except in cases of proven liability under applicable law.
Parking spaces may be subject to access rules, opening times, vehicle size limitations or instructions provided by the property.
11. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
AEM Home Pompei reserves the right to refuse access, cancel the stay or apply additional cleaning charges if this rule is not respected.
12. Guest Identification
In accordance with applicable regulations, all guests may be required to provide a valid identification document before or upon arrival.
The property may refuse access to guests who do not provide the required identification documents or who provide incomplete or incorrect information.
Guest data will be processed only for purposes connected to the stay, legal obligations, public security requirements, payment management, invoicing and property administration, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
13. Occupancy and Guest Capacity
Each accommodation has a maximum number of guests allowed.
The number of guests declared during the booking must correspond to the actual number of guests staying at the property.
It is not permitted to host additional people without prior authorization from AEM Home Pompei.
If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity or the number declared in the booking, AEM Home Pompei may refuse access, request an additional payment or cancel the stay without refund, where applicable.
14. House Rules
Guests agree to respect the accommodation, the building, common areas, neighbours and local quiet hours.
Guests must not cause disturbance, damage, illegal activity or unsafe behaviour inside the property.
Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and activities that may disturb neighbours or damage the accommodation are not allowed.
Smoking may be prohibited inside the accommodation unless expressly permitted in designated areas.
Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in reasonable condition and for reporting any damage, malfunction or issue as soon as possible.
15. Damages and Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, missing item or extra cleaning caused by themselves, by other members of their group or by visitors admitted to the accommodation.
AEM Home Pompei reserves the right to request compensation for damages, missing items, misuse of the accommodation, excessive dirt, violation of house rules or costs caused by guest negligence.
Any damage or issue found upon arrival must be reported immediately to the property.
Failure to report pre-existing damage may make it difficult to determine responsibility.
16. Cancellations and Changes by the Guest
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the selected rate, booking channel and conditions shown during the reservation process.
Where free cancellation is available, the deadline and conditions will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.
For non-refundable rates, late cancellations, partial cancellations or no-shows, the amount paid may not be refunded, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
Requests to modify dates, number of guests, accommodation type or services are subject to availability and may involve price adjustments.
AEM Home Pompei is not obliged to accept changes requested after the booking has been confirmed, unless expressly agreed in writing.
17. No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not contact AEM Home Pompei, the booking may be considered a no-show.
In case of no-show, the property may apply the cancellation conditions associated with the selected rate.
The accommodation may be released for resale if the guest does not communicate a delayed arrival within a reasonable time.
18. Cancellations or Changes by AEM Home Pompei
In exceptional cases, AEM Home Pompei may need to cancel or modify a reservation due to force majeure, safety reasons, serious maintenance issues, technical problems, public authority restrictions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where possible, the property will offer an alternative solution, a change of dates or a refund of amounts already paid for services not provided.
AEM Home Pompei shall not be liable for indirect damages, travel costs, loss of opportunity or additional expenses not directly caused by the property.
19. Services and Amenities
Services and amenities may vary depending on the selected accommodation.
Some services may be included in the price, while others may require an additional fee.
AEM Home Pompei reserves the right to modify, replace or temporarily suspend services for technical, organizational, maintenance or safety reasons.
Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet connection, air conditioning, heating, water supply or other services caused by external providers, technical faults or force majeure do not automatically entitle the guest to compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
20. Safety and Access
Guests must use the accommodation, appliances, systems, doors, gates, keys, access cards and access codes responsibly.
Keys, access cards or digital access codes must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
In case of lost keys, access devices or damage to locks, the guest may be charged for replacement, duplication or intervention costs.
AEM Home Pompei may access the accommodation during the stay only when necessary, for urgent maintenance, safety reasons, legal obligations or with prior agreement with the guest.
21. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay.
AEM Home Pompei is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of proven liability under applicable law.
Guests are invited to check the accommodation carefully before departure and to report any lost items as soon as possible.
22. Website Content
All texts, images, logos, graphics, layouts and website content are owned by AEM Home Pompei or used with authorization.
